An American research supplier, not a reseller

Basic Tides exists because buying research materials had turned into a gamble. A laboratory would order a compound, wait three weeks, and find out only at the border whether the parcel would arrive at all — and only after testing whether what arrived matched the listing. Certificates were shared as blurry images, batch numbers did not resolve to anything, and the supplier was a forwarding address.

We took the import gamble out of the process by holding stock ourselves. Every item in the catalog sits in our own temperature-controlled facility inside the United States before it is listed. When you order, the parcel moves from a domestic shelf to a domestic address. There is no customs queue, no import paperwork, no seizure risk, and no three-week silence.

Being a supplier rather than a reseller also means we own the specification. Material is accepted into stock only after independent HPLC purity analysis and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation, with a 99% purity floor. Batches that miss the specification are rejected outright rather than discounted or relabelled — which is why the catalog is deliberately narrow.

Transparency is the last piece. Every vial carries a batch number that resolves to its own certificate of analysis on this site, showing the method, the testing laboratory and the test date for the exact material you hold. We publish the result rather than a summary of it.

What we do not do is describe these materials as anything other than what they are. Basic Tides supplies in-vitro laboratory research materials. We publish no medical, therapeutic or dosing guidance, and we supply only buyers who confirm they are qualified to handle research materials.
